The Trinity Parish Health Ministry is directed by its coordinator, Wendy Belaski.

Working teams have been established to carry out Trinity’s Church Ministry.  The teams are as follows:

1. Hospital visitations & family support

2. Support groups & health education

3. Health screenings

4. Card ministry

5. Care management

6. Information sharing

Trinity’s Parish Health Ministry is ongoing.  Anyone, who has an interest in serving on the Parish Health Ministry teams or as part of the health ministry cabinet, should contact Wendy for more information.

 Functions of Parish Health Ministry Coordinator:

1. Integrator of faith and health

2. Health educator

3. Personal health counselor

4. Referral agent and liaison with congregational and community resources

5. Facilitator of volunteers

6. Developer of support groups

7. Health advocate
