Akaloo Student Permission / Registration Form	Complete this form and send to church office or to Sunday School director to be given access to the Akaloo on-line Web site.  The Akaloo web site is a key resource for our Sunday School program.
Sunday School Student Registration Form	Please complete this form to provide contact information for your Sunday School Student.  Once completed please return to the church office or the Director of Youth Ministries.

Donations to Trinity Lutheran Church

You can donate by mailing a check to Trinity Lutheran Church, PO Box 544, Clarks Summit, PA 18411, or by credit card through JustGive.org.  You can designate your gift to be used in a specific manner, such as towards our Endowment Fund, to the Capital Campaign, to support our Youth Ministries or any other specific direction that you'd like to provide.  JustGive will deduct a 3% processing fee from your donation, but we feel this is worth the convenience to you of being able to make a credit card donation.
